Martin Schwenke 1ec7de66e9 ctdb-ipalloc: Do not use node count or PNNs from CTDB context 
This is unnecessary.  IP allocation state already has a node count and
"i" is already a PNN.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
