Alexander Bokovoy fadf496345 IPA DC: add missing checks ...

When introducing FreeIPA support, two places were forgotten:

 - schannel gensec module needs to be aware of IPA DC
 - _lsa_QueryInfoPolicy should treat IPA DC as PDC
