Simo Sorce 4e5eb48b07 lets try the new mangling code
all the calls go through a compatibility interface will
change that soon
a new mangle.tdb file will be set in the lock directory
it contains a static mapping longname<->manglename
(This used to be commit 1ffacd2068)
