Jeremy Allison fc8e1056fe lib: util [ctdb]: Signal handling - change CatchChild() and CatchChildLeaveStatus() to return the previous handler. 
Bug #10831 - SIGCLD Signal handler not correctly reinstalled on old library code use - smbrun etc.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
