Jeremy Allison 39ad689eea s3: smbd: Add utility function smb2_strip_dfs_path(). 
Removes any DFS prefix from an SMB2 name. This will
enable me to clean up the mess around SMB2 DFS path
processing, remove some knownfails and eventually
make it much easier to add SMB3+POSIX path processing
now it can ignore DFS prefixes. Original idea from
Volker.

Not yet used.
