Andrew Bartlett e096ee2112 r614: Clean out the POSIX assumptions from the Samba4 auth subsystem.
This removes the code that tried to lookup posix groups, as well as
the code that was tied to the SAM_ACCOUNT.

This should make auth_ldb much easier to write :-)
