Martin Schwenke c743fc4345 ctdb-scripts: Update a misleading comment 
This comment was true when 50.samba was spaghetti because it tried to
automatically manage both smbd (and nmbd) and winbind.  It isn't true
anymore.

database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
