Till now 50.samba script was based on RHEL versions <=6 where we didn't have separate start up script for nmb and smbd used to start nmbd when required. Now that nmbd has its own start up script named "nmb" it is reasonable to have "nmb" as default value for CTDB_SERVICE_NMB inside new 48.netbios ctdb script.
