Martin Schwenke 6179c3aef8 ctdb-doc: Update ctdb.1 - primarily to add pdelete/pfetch/pstore/ptrans 
Also:

* More <refentryinfo> above <refmeta> to make the XML valid.

* Describe DB argument in introduction and use it for database
  commands.

* Remove unnecessary format="linespecific" from <screen> tags, since
  it will not be allowed in DocBook 5.0.

* Sort the items in "INTERNAL COMMANDS".

* Update/simplify some command descriptions.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
