Stefan Metzmacher 2ed7db445b s4:rpc_server/winreg: don't cache an ldb connection per presentation context 
We should do this per context handle, as these are available on all
connections of the association group.

This is the RPC server for the registry for Samba. It is basically a
front-end for the registry library in lib/registry. See
lib/registry/README for more details.
