Martin Schwenke 68a4588a6f ctdb-tests: Fix signed/unsigned comparisons by declaring as unsigned 
Change declarations of variable and parameters, usually loop variables
and limits, from int to unsigned int, size_t or uint32_t.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
