Martin Schwenke 4de1e3207b ctdb-docs: Provide example commands for "ctdb event ..." 
The example output doesn't tell a user what command generated it.
Adding the command makes the examples much more useful.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
