Andrew Bartlett 79cb46c1af r11513: Add the ability to use the local machine account instead of a static 
password or delegation.

Add the ability to delegate for RPC pipes on the RPC proxy backend
(the backend itself seems be having problems however).

This smb.conf example should get you started:

	dcerpc endpoint servers = remote
	dcerpc_remote:binding = ncacn_np:win2003
	dcerpc_remote:username = administrator
	dcerpc_remote:password = PASSWORD
	dcerpc_remote:interfaces = samr, lsarpc, netlogon
