Stefan Metzmacher ff2e287585 python:tests/krb5: add ServerAuthenticateKerberos related tests to netlogon.py

Works against Windows 2025 preview:

STRICT_CHECKING=0 python/samba/tests/krb5/netlogon.py

The code still works against Windows 2022 with the
