Stefan Metzmacher 3e61d1ff31 autobuild.py: use --enable-clangdb for the "samba-ctdb" task ...

The key is that we only enable it for just one task.

I plan to restructure the autobuild tasks, but 'samba-ctdb'
will stay the way it works currently.
