* force the PRINTER_ATTRIBUTE_LOCAL (nor PRINTER_ATTRIBUTE_NETWORK)
  * ensure that we return the sec_desc in smb_io_printer_info_2
    (allows prnui.dll to restore security descriptors from a data file).
