Amitay Isaacs 858056263a ctdb-freeze: Use single database transactions for global transactions 
This cascades the global transaction controls to individual database
transaction operations.  This ensures that the individual database state
is correctly set when processing global transaction controls.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
