Martin Schwenke 51a6036b95 ctdb-tests: Add a test to ensure that CTDB works with no eventscripts 
This only tests something on local daemons, since the configuration
can't be easily manipulated on a real cluster.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
