Rusty Russell 6244f668a3 TDB2: make SAMBA use tdb1 again for the moment.

Otherwise the following surgery will break the SAMBA build and testsuite.

Samba currently uses waf 1.5, which can be found at:

  http://waf.googlecode.com/svn/branches/waf-1.5

To update the current copy of waf, use the update-waf.sh script in this
directory.
