Richard Sharpe 2d97c8a4a5 Make sure smbtorture tests can run if someone has set their min protocol above NT1. This code is SMB1 only, and already modifies maxprotocol, so this change is appropriate. Design notes for client library restructure:

1 - no references to cli_state should exist in libcli/raw.
2 - all interfaces to functions in this directory should use cli_session or cli_tree as
	the primary context structure
