Jelmer Vernooij f430dd3cb8 wafsamba: Fix indentation. 
Without this change we'd exclude the rpath for private libraries
whenever the first dependency of a subsystem was a public library.

README 

This is a set of waf 'tools' to help make building the Samba
components easier, by having common functions in one place. This gives
us a more consistent build, and ensures that our project rules are
obeyed
