Guillaume Xavier Taillon 67095c76f6 libbreplace: compatibility fix for AIX

Adds macros for preprocessor compares and replaces an incomptatible
  compare with one of the new macros.
This fixes a comptability bug on AIX.

This directory contains wrappers around logical groups of system
include files. The idea is to avoid #ifdef blocks in the main code,
and instead put all the necessary conditional includes in subsystem
specific header files in this directory.
