Swen Schillig ba021e3cfb tests-util: Adding test to verify "no-conversion" detection

The standard string to integer conversion routines return zero
if a string was to be converted which did not reflect a number.
It is not flag'ed as an error.
The wrapper functions strtoul_err() and strtoull_err() are expected
to exactly do this.

tfork tests
===========

To run the tfork torture testsuite under valgrind with the helgrind or drd
thread checkers, run valgrind with the --suppress option passing a suppressions
file.

For helgrind:

$ valgrind \
  --trace-children=yes \
  --tool=helgrind \
  --suppressions=lib/util/tests/tfork-helgrind.supp \
  ./bin/smbtorture ncalrpc:localhost local.tfork.tfork_threads

For drd:

$ valgrind \
  --trace-children=yes \
  --tool=drd \
  --suppressions=lib/util/tests/tfork-drd.supp \
