Andrew Bartlett 6ad78f01a5 Rename hdb_ldb to hdb_samba4 and load as a plugin into the kdc. This avoids one more custom patch to the Heimdal code, and provides a more standard way to produce hdb plugins in future. I've renamed from hdb_ldb to hdb_samba4 as it really is not generic ldb. Heimdal is a Kerberos 5 implementation.

Please see the manual in doc, by default installed in
/usr/heimdal/info/heimdal.info for information on how to install.
There are also briefer man pages for most of the commands.

Bug reports and bugs are appreciated, see more under Bug reports in
the manual on how we prefer them.
