We're now at the stage where the web application framework should build and install automatically. Derrell (This used to be commit 0201baef46c1701007e0a4cdd95edee287939318)
The lib/appweb directory is a partial import of the appweb ejs and esp code from http://www.appwebserver.org/ Many thanks to the mbedthis people, and especially Michael O'Brien for his assistance in getting this code integrated into Samba4.
