Rusty Russell abb437c0ab ccan: configure check for HAVE_BUILTIN_CHOOSE_EXPR

We weren't testing for this, and without it, typesafe_cb just casts
its function argument.  This is why I didn't get a warning when one of
my patches amended a function incorrectly.

These files are from the CCAN project (http://ccan.ozlabs.org); the
_info and LICENSE files in each directory indicate their (separate)
licenses.

I'm trying to keep them in sync with the upstream versions as much as
possible, so please be careful!
