Andrew Bartlett d048d7e17d bootstrap: Remove long-unsupported OS versions
Samba has not built on these versions for quite some time due to
the need for Python 3.5 and GnuTLS 3.4.7

These were always marked as broken, but given the requirements
these are never likely to come back.
