Stefan Metzmacher d42aaeba6e wb_sids2xids: call wb_parent_idmap_setup_send/recv as the first step ...

This isn't really used yet, but it will in the next commits.

Also idmap_child_handle() will soon assert that
wb_parent_idmap_setup_send/recv() was called before it's used.
