Jelmer Vernooij 0329d755a7 r17930: Merge noinclude branch:

* Move dlinklist.h, smb.h to subsystem-specific directories
 * Clean up ads.h and move what is left of it to dsdb/
   (only place where it's used)

This module (ntvfs 'simple') provides a very, very simple posix backend.

WARNING: All file access is done as user 'root'!!!
	 Only use this module for testing, with only test data!!! 

For activating this module use:

[testshare]
	path = /tmp/testshare
	nfvfs handler = simple
