Martin Schwenke dbbede407f ctdb-utils: Drop unused scsi_io.c source file 
It will be in the git history if we ever decide to use SCSI persistent
reservations as a cluster lock.

This is the release version of CTDB, a clustered implementation of TDB
database used by Samba and other projects to store temporary data.
