Stefan Metzmacher 8bcde9ec62 s3:auth_generic: add "ntlmssp_resume_ccache" backend in auth_generic_client_prepare()
This will be used by winbindd in order to correctly implement WINBINDD_CCACHE_NTLMAUTH.
