Andrew Bartlett 78a0195cdc selftest: Fix 'make quicktest' on systems without LDAP development support ...

This should ensure that we don't run the Samba3/Samba4 integration
tests on machines without ADS support.

(Some samba3 tests in the full 'make test' may still fail however)
