Volker Lendecke b7fc678107 libcli: Remove NT_STATUS_INACCESSIBLE_SYSTEM_SHORTCUT error code
This is the same as STATUS_STOPPED_ON_SYMLINK, and this is what also
wireshark displays. Avoid some confusion.
