Andrew Bartlett f5d18f4d24 Allow ldap credentials to be (optionally) stored in secrets.ldb ...

This includes a simple bind DN, or SASL credentials.

The error messages are reworked as on systems without an LDAP backend,
we will fail to find this record very often.
