Andreas Schneider d0062d312c s3:libsmb: Use cli_credentials_set_smb_encryption() ...

This also adds a SMBC_ENCRYPTLEVEL_DEFAULT to 'enum
smbc_smb_encrypt_level' in order to use the smb.conf default value.
