BUG/MINOR: quic: Trace fix about packet number space information.
<qc> variable was confused with <qel>. The consequence was that it was always the same packet number space which was displayed: the first one (or the Initial packet number space). Must be backported to 2.6. (cherry picked from commit 3c1b81fdd7c0e9822bbb8a14c4b665b7df53ecf5) Signed-off-by: Christopher Faulet <cfaulet@haproxy.com>
