- verify-elf: Implemented new "lint" method using "eu-elflint --gnu-ld";
  for now, enabled lint=relaxed mode (just warnings) by default.
- verify-elf: Improved "textrel" diagnostics by using eu-findtextrel.
- verify-elf: Fixed typos in "rpath" method.
