I am going to make certain req/prov scripts work even with empty RPM_BUILD_ROOT (so that I can analyze the dependencies within the host system). This probably means that I will remove ValidateBuildRoot clause from the script. However, since non-empty RPM_BUILD_ROOT still must be valid, I place the check here.
