- Change `sq key generate` and `sq key userid add` to require canonical user IDs by default. - If a user ID is not in canonical form, explain the problem, and suggest a solution, if possible. - Allow the user to disable this check by passing the `--allow-non-canonical-userids` flag. - Fixes #209.
