This is a broken target, already 4 years:

Due to the winding down of i586 support, no one should need this
anymore. This could only be useful on very old i586 hardware.

grub, syslinux: remove parameter 'ip=dhcp' from rescue_remote.cfg
...
This parameter is used to configure the network in the initrd, but
we don't need it. startup-rescue 0.50 no longer requires this
parameter.

Revert 'slinux: use live as installer and rescue also' for slinux-live.
Need to decide whether this target is now needed.
If so, what should now be in it. In the meantime, there was no point
in changing anything about it.
