a90e78bd95 kernel: add make-initrd to base packages in use/kernel/initrd-setup 
At the moment this target is focused exclusively on make-initrd,
but some weird kernels don't have a dependency on mkinitrd.
It's loongarch64 again.

17037081ce set GLOBAL_HSH_PROC=1 in lib/profile.mk 
glibc can be compiled such that mki-fake-dev requires /proc to works.
This on loongarch64.

f445c0bcaf phone: Remove user config leftover 
This script was left after phosh background config moved to /etc/skel.
Having ~/.config touched broke /etc/skel copying onto user homedir.

a6d67609f5 remove rescue+backup package list 
bacula has different package names in different repositories.
Previously, several versions coexisted in the repositories, now
in Sisyphus only has bacula13-client.
Let's try to do without it.

e7df892b54 install2: remove target use/install2/cleanup/crypto 
1. alterator-browser-qt5 does not start now without libgnutls
2. Successful remount with luks requires cryptsetup
3. There is no conflict with the luks feature for a long time

6d2781828a plymouth: add kernel cmdline parameter 'loglevel=3' after 'quiet' 
loglevel=3 will remove warnings about ACPI errors and processor
vulnerabilities. These messages break silent boot and scare users.
However, we cannot correct these errors.
'loglevel=3' must be after 'quiet'. Otherwise, errors are shown.

2b2075ffd7 install2: add lvm2, cryptsetup to use/install2/full 
Now lvm and cryptsetup are required not only in the
installed system, but also in altinst. This is because the remount
happens before the base system is installed.

This reverts commit 1076d79f4dcf02b83ca234fdc6dabff4103b1b17.

The only workable xvt is xterm, since only works with it:

  xinit cmd
