ff21bbf55f alt-server: Add un-def kernel 
The un-def kernel should be added to the image
at Evgeny Sinelnikov's <sin@altlinux.org> request.
Together with the un-def kernel, its modules, documentation,
and the installer-feature-cleanup-kernel-stage3 package
were added to keep only one kernel selected by the user
during installation in the installed system.

c0f63fbf71 syslinux: remove 25grub-install-vnc-*.cfg 
These configs were used to generate grub menu items. This has not
been used for many years.

c21c58d260 Drop EFI_BOOTARGS variable 
This variable was need for rEFInd (it no longer support). The
variable was added to grub menu, but was not in needed.
In server V, this has remained since rEFInd.

3ec9a3a9b6 regular+icewm: replace gqview with gpicview 
gqview is obsoleted package (geeqie).
But geeqie has weird dependencies.

50f7fb449b doc: do not use images from asciidoc, add missing images 
As of asciidoc-10.2.0-alt1, resources moved from /etc/asciidoc to
%python3_sitelibdir/%name/resources.
It is better not to depend on third-party resources that may be moved.

f348c2662c efi: add mockutil, pesign to rescue only

be3d69a58b regular.mk: do not add drm kernel modules to initrd on x86_64 (without plymouth) 
On x86_64, as well as on i586, graphics are available without drm
(simplefb or simpledrm).

3006101b48 live, grub, isolinux: new target use/live/rescue 
The new target adds rescue mode to the regular livecd.
live should do not be installable, since in it serious changes
that are unacceptable for a normal system.
