automation: Fix CentOS version in Dockerfile
The CentOS version mentioned in the Dockerfile is now pointing to a specific build (7.5.1804) instead of 'latest'. The current 'latest' image has been found not to work well with NM. Signed-off-by: Edward Haas <edwardh@redhat.com>
