Richard W.M. Jones c8ae6ec7a1 Add scripts/git.orderfile ...

This allows patches to be ordered more clearly, eg. with *.mli files
appearing before *.ml files.  This idea was inspired by qemu's script
of the same name.  The particular script was taken from nbdkit and
adapted for virt-v2v.
