tests: add seccomp-strict.test
* tests/seccomp-strict.c: New file. * tests/seccomp-strict.test: New test. * tests/.gitignore: Add seccomp-strict. * tests/Makefile.am (check_PROGRAMS): Likewise. (DECODER_TESTS): Add seccomp-strict.test.
