or BTRFS_IOC_QUOTA_RESCAN_WAIT in v3.11-rc1.

strace-f.test is too inexact while fork-f.test does the right thing.
* tests/strace-f.test: Remove.

Use local "./readv" instead of system "date" as a sample executable.
