ARM: tegra: Add missing hot temperatures to Tegra124 thermal-zones

According to dmesg, thermal-zones for mem and cpu are missing hot
temperatures properties.

  throttrip: pll: missing hot temperature
...
  throttrip: mem: missing hot temperature
...

Adding them will clear the messages.
