drm/tiny/mi0283qt: Use fbdev-dma
Implement fbdev emulation with fbdev-dma. Fbdev-dma now supports damage handling, which is required by mi0283qt. Avoids the overhead of fbdev-generic's additional shadow buffering. No functional changes.
