7295e537bb media: coda: use pm_runtime_resume_and_get()
Commit dd8088d5a8 ("PM: runtime: Add pm_runtime_resume_and_get to deal with usage counter")
added pm_runtime_resume_and_get() in order to automatically handle
dev->power.usage_count decrement on errors.

Use the new API, in order to cleanup the error check logic.

While here, as noted by Phillip, the labels at the coda_open()
function are currently named after what operation failed,
instead of what they do in response. So, change the name of
the error label that it is called when clk_enable fails,
in order to be consistent.

To avoid potentially overflowing the kernel logs in the case
of corrupted streams, this commit replaces an error message with

error macroblocks count.

The old error message is replaced by a rate-limited debug message.

8297ae5c29 media: coda: coda_buffer_meta housekeeping fix
It's possible that the VPU was initialized using just one buffer,
containing only codec headers.

In this case, right after the initialization and after updating
the FIFO read pointer, we need to iterate through all the coda_buffer_meta
and release any metas that have been already used by the VPU.

This issue is affecting indirectly the bitstream buffer fill
threshold, which depends on the meta end position of the first
queued meta, which is passed to coda_bitstream_can_fetch_past().

Without this fix, it's possible that for certain videos, the
bitstream buffer level is not filled properly, resulting in a PIC_RUN
timeout.

15c3d5aae7 media: coda: lock capture queue wakeup against decoder stop command
Similar to commit 9ee50a9489 ("media: coda: lock capture queue wakeup
against encoder stop command"), make sure that a JPEG decoder stop
command running concurrently with a decoder finish_run always either
flags the last returned buffer or wakes up the capture queue to signal
the end of stream condition afterwards.

This was not necessary for BIT processor contexts because of the need to
release the bitstream buffer with the stream end condition. In contrast,
the JPEG decoder can be finished with decoding the image between the
time the application queues the last output buffer and the time it
issues the decoder stop command.

This fixes the following v4l2-compliance complaint:

		fail: v4l2-test-formats.cpp(1662): IS_ENCODER(node)

3b299d9abf media: coda: request to skip kernel mapping for decoded buffers
The kernel driver never touches the decoded buffers with the CPU.
All accesses are either done by hardware DMA masters or userspace
mapping the buffers. This means we don't need a kernel virtual
address mapping for those buffers at all. As those buffers are
usually quite large, we can save a good deal of kernel vmalloc
space by requesting to not have a kernel mapping set up for them.

a3fd80198d media: coda: fix deadlock between decoder picture run and start command
The BIT decoder picture run temporarily locks the bitstream mutex while
the coda device mutex is locked, to refill the bitstream ring buffer.
Consequently, the decoder start command, which locks both mutexes when
flushing the bitstream ring buffer, must lock the coda device mutex
first as well, to avoid an ABBA deadlock.

Instead of filling in the struct v4l2_capability device_caps
field, fill in the struct video_device device_caps field.

That way the V4L2 core knows what the capabilities of the

If reordering is not enabled, the last decoded frame has to be the last

If there is still a buffer pending, mark it as the last buffer. It will
create a meta that is flagged as last when the buffer is copied into the
bitstream ring buffer. If there are no more buffers pending, find the
last bitstream meta and mark it as last. If there is no bitstream meta
either, wake up the capture queue as there will be no more decoded
