bf5baf954a drivers: phy: phy-samsung-usb2.c: Add missing MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE 
Allow phy-exynos-usb2 to be autoloaded based on devicetree information.
Tested on Odroid X2 with its USB subsystem build as modules.

64bf2b2369 phy: Add Exynos 5250 support to the Exynos USB 2.0 PHY driver

06fb01373c phy: Add new Exynos USB 2.0 PHY driver 
Add a new driver for the Exynos USB 2.0 PHY. The new driver uses the generic
PHY framework. The driver includes support for the Exynos 4x10 and 4x12
SoC families.
